Software licenses (Microsoft 365, antivirus, backup, etc.) are billed separately at cost. RMM tooling used for device monitoring is included in retainer plans at no extra charge. On-site visits beyond 20 miles of Lanham, MD incur a flat $65 travel fee per visit. Locations beyond 40 miles are available at a custom quote.
